    Using woocommerce 2.6.8

The pixel helper reports errors when a specific product page loads.

It’s fine on the “shop” page: https://plastex.com.au/shop/

But when you select a product and it goes to the detail page we get the Add to Cart error.

    Is this normal?

    Hi rkotwal,

Thank you for trying our plugin and contacting us with your question!

This simply indicates that you have not created a product catalog on Facebook’s side. We will be releasing an upgrade which will help with this, but for now you can read more from Facebook here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-pixel/pixel-with-ads/dynamic-product-ads#associate-the-facebook-pixel-id-with-product-catalog

The Facebook pixel code on this page didn’t load, so no information was sent to Facebook.
This message is perfectly normal. The code for add to cart and some other events is only loaded by user interaction, in the case, clicking a button. Once the button is clicked, the pixel is loaded and information is sent to Facebook!

I hope this clears things up but if not please let us know!

Also, if you feel that our plugin is useful, we ask that you take a moment to give us a 5 star review here: https://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/wp-facebook-pixel#postform. If you do not feel we deserve 5 stars yet, please let us know what we can do to earn all 5 stars before submitting a review.
