    wivamonsoon,

We had to remove the ‘5star’ coupon; however, we increased the discount for completing the survey so you still get the same offer. When checking out, please use the email address you used when you registered for this forum (and the one I contacted you at yesterday) and the eosurvay coupon should work for you.

To add the coupon to you order, follow the instructions below:
    1. Please go to http://www.nightshiftapps.com/mycart/
    2. And just under WP Facebook Pixel enter the following Coupon Code: eosurvey
    3. Click the [Apply Coupon] button and confirm the coupon was added by reviewing Cart Totals
    – Repeat steps 2 and 3 above if you need to in order to also apply the coupon ‘early’ to your order
    4. Click Proceed to Checkout and review your order.
    5. If everything looks good, you should be able to proceed to PayPal to complete your order.

Sorry for any inconvienence and please let us know if you have any other troubles,
    Jacob

    Saad,

Thank you for taking the time out and allowing us the opportunity to look into your problem. As discussed, it appears WP Rocket’s minification of the Javascript was causing some pages to have javascript errors preventing the Add to Cart button from appearing.

I am glad your site is up and running again and we will look into this issue to see if we can replicate and resolve it.

    Best wishes,
    Jacob

    Hi Saad,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us! Can you please activate the plugin and deactivate any optimization plugins you have activated? That way we can see if there is a CSS issue preventing the button from displaying. When you have activated, please message us here again so we can take a look.

    Thank you,
    Jacob

    Hi Adam,

Thank you for taking the time to try our plugin and getting in touch with us. Can you provide us with some more information, specifically what version of WordPress, PHP, our plugin and what other plugins you may have activated? If you have WooCommerce installed, you can go to WooCommerce->System Status and click the Get System Report. You can paste that information here and click ‘Set as private reply’ just above the submit button.

    Regards,
    Jacob

    Monsoon,

The early adopter promotion will be running through the end of April; however, the multi-site subscription discount is not going anywhere!

Congrats on distribution, and please let us know if you have any feature requests/needs from our plugin!

    Wivamonsoon,

Thank you for letting us know there was a problem with the survey. We may have been a bit to excited to get this published and we messed up in the configuration of the survey. It has been fixed and should work for everyone going forward.

Thank you again and please let us know if we can help with anything else!

    Rebecca,

That did it, whatever you did! 🙂

What information are you referring to? The basic idea behind the pixel (sorry if this is clear to you already) is to market to someone who has visited your site but did not purchase your book. You create a dynamic audience that fits this criteria and then you publish an ad on Facebook, targeting that audience, driving them back to your store to complete the purchase. Given you are selling through Amazon, I am not sure how you will be able to know if they complete the purchase or not. If you would like to discuss options for this, we would be happy to provide you with a consultation.

Also, if you find WP Facebook Pixel useful, then please give us a positive review here: https://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/wp-facebook-pixel?rate=5#postform

If you don’t feel we deserve a 5 star rating just yet, then please don’t review and let us know what we can do to improve! Ratings under 5 stars really hurt us.

And please let us know if we can be of any further assistance,
    Jacob

    Hi beanda and ToniJ123,

First, thank you both so much for trying WP Facebook Pixel.

Unfortunately, the Pixel Helper was developed for the Conversion Pixel, and doesn’t play all that well with our plugin. We utilize dynamic delivery so often times the pixel helper can’t properly determine when the plugin loads the pixels related to the page. There has been no evidence which indicates that there is any issue with our delivery logic.

We do not aggigate event data into 1 single pixel event at this time; however, we have seen no indication that this is causing any sort of issues tracking these events. We have even been able to set up a single audience using data from multiple ViewContent events delivered from one page view.

All of that said, if either of you (or anyone else) has any doubt regarding the validity of the data being processed by Facebook, please do not hesitate to contact us. Specific information regarding your concerns (screenshots and URLs are awesome!) will really help us investigate your situation.

    Best wishes,
    Jacob

    Matt,

You can apply whatever meaningful data you want for the key/value pair. As an example: if your site marketed hotel rooms and you have a page which features information on San Diego. You could set that page’s ViewContent with a ‘Location’:’San Diego’ key value.

This information is targetable within Facebook’s Create Audience control panel by selecting Custom Combination from the Website Traffic dropdown, then include the Event ‘ViewContent’ or whatever event you are passing data for. Once that particular event receives traffic with the key/value pairs you define, you will be able to select the key name you define as a parameter to the ViewContent event.

We are working hard on a more robust website including more in-depth walkthroughs based on your questions, so please keep them coming!

    Thank you,
    Jacob
