    I would like to first thank you for your purchase and I hope the rest of your experience with our product runs a bit more smoothly.

    I just checked our back end and it looks like you were able to activate your plugin. I also checked your site and see that it is tracking the title as well, a pro feature, so it looks like everything is working as expected. If you are still receiving the notification to activate, go ahead and try that process again and let us know if you are still having any issues.

    Thank you for taking the time to send us the reports. We have identified the issue and it should be a quick fix.

    Please open the WooCommerce Settings and click the Products tab. Once there, click the Display sub-menu item and update the Shop page to the proper page used by your site.

    The pixel is not paired with any product catalog. A relationship between a pixel and product catalog must be specified.Learn more

    This simply indicates that you have not created a product catalog on Facebook’s side. We will be releasing an upgrade which will help with this, but for now you can read more from Facebook here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-pixel/pixel-with-ads/dynamic-product-ads#associate-the-facebook-pixel-id-with-product-catalog

    The Facebook pixel code on this page didn’t load, so no information was sent to Facebook.
    This message is perfectly normal. The code for add to cart and some other events is only loaded by user interaction, in the case, clicking a button. Once the button is clicked, the pixel is loaded and information is sent to Facebook!

    Thank you for trying out our plugin and reaching out to us. We have been considering adding some additional options to the Purchase event, like including shipping, tax amounts or even use custom values for the purchase event (as we currently allow for the ViewContent and AddToCart events).

    Since this is something you are interested in, expect these options to be added to our pro version in the next update scheduled to be released within the week!

    We got your message regarding the custom value and responded to that here: http://www.nightshiftapps.com/forums/topic/woocommerce-custom-value/

    It appears you are currently using multiple Pixel providers could cause problems. Could you please revert to WP Facebook Pixel Pro and let us know when it is activated. We will visit your site to confirm the issues described.

    We are working hard on a new update and anticipate releasing it next week. It will include several minor patches as well as set a framework for us to provide some exciting new features!

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We have identified the issue and will be releasing an update shortly which will move the custom values into WooCommerce’s Product Data metabox. This will ensure a consistent user experience while editing product specific values.

    We are working hard to finalize the testing of this update and will deploy as soon as possible.

    Hey wivamonsoon,

    Sorry for the troubles, we will update our installation guide. Until then, from the main WordPress side menu, go to Settings->WP Facebook Pixel. From there you should see a tab “Activate Pro”. If not, delete the currently installed plugin, download the pro version from this site here http://www.nightshiftapps.com/my-account/.

    Sorry for the troubles. Can you email us the system report? You can get a copy by starting at the main WordPress admin menu and go to Settings->WP Facebook Pixel. From there, open the Support tab and copy the information in the text box. Paste this information into a Private message here or email us at info@nightshiftapps.com.

    Hi rclawton,

    It looks like your server is using an older version of PHP that is not supported by WP Facebook Pixel at this time. We are aware of the issue and will be updating the code asap to resolve, but for now unfortunately this will not work for you.

    We are working hard on a new release and I will let you know here when an update is released that will work for your version of PHP.
